What is Pandria?
Pandria is an AI-native performance management platform that builds better growth habits like feedback and 1 on 1 through lightweight, proactive nudges in Microsoft Teams or Slack. Unlike traditional tools that automate admin, we focus on making your people better at performance conversations. Making performance review a breeze.
Who is Pandria for?
Pandria is designed for progressive organisations with distributed, often international teams, who want to build strong performance culture without heavy processes. We’re ideal if you’re a knowledge-based, talent-driven organisation. Your teams already use Slack, MS Teams or Google chat as a core communication channel.
How is Pandria different from our HRIS performance module?
We do not optimise for process admin, so we do not have 360 survey or review cycle functionality. Pandria uses AI to coach your people to be better at performance conversations. We focus on building habits, not just removing friction from broken processes.
Ok cool but how does Pandria actually work?
Pandria reaches out 1-2x per week via chat, for example after you’ve had a meeting, asking contextual questions about your colleagues’ growth areas. She helps you craft constructive feedback and set useful goals in 2-minute conversations, then creates accountability for follow-up, e.g. in your next 1-on-1.
What data does Pandria access?
We access your org chart, values, competency framework, calendar. We do NOT access emails, video calls, or Teams/Slack chat content outside Pandria conversations.
Does Pandria "score" or rate employees?
No. AI does not independently score or rate employees. Pandria guides humans to have better conversations and gain better performance insights, but all assessment stays in human hands with full transparency.
Do I need to have my performance framework figured out first?
Not at all. We can work with whatever you have today (even if it’s rough), and we include expert support to help align and structure your competency framework as part of our collaboration.
Is Pandria secure and compliant?
Yes. We’re GDPR compliant, EU AI Act compliant, and currently pursuing ISO 27001 and SOC2 certification. We maintain strict data silos between customers and never train LLMs on your data.
How long does implementation take?
Implementation takes a few hours total of your time: A 1-3 hour setup session to share your org context, and 30 minutes to introduce Pandria to your teams. Onboarding employees takes 5 minutes in chat.
What tools does Pandria integrate with?
Pandria works natively in Microsoft Teams and Slack. We integrate with calendar systems automatically during onboarding. HRIS integrations are being rolled out today.
