On the Right Track

I just saw something interesting on Sparkpeople and it made me want to do it, too. A woman set up rewards for herself for different stages of her weight loss journey. I think that’s a brilliant idea. In fact, here are my goals.

Goal One: 160 Pounds – Splurge on dessert

Goal Two: 150 Pounds – Buy a new pair of shoes

Goal Three: 140 Pounds – Buy a dress

Goal Four: 130 Pounds – Splurge on a steak dinner

Goal Five: 120 Pounds – Buy a new wardrobe for vacation!
