I’ve enrolled in SparkPeople.com, a great free website that tracks my exercises and daily food count. I’m surprised it’s free, it has A LOT of really good information in it.
I also got a pedometer from work (a freebie from the sales team a few months ago) and am going to track my steps every day. There is a section on Spark People to track my steps.
I’ve set a goal of fifty pounds by Feb. 28th because I want to look good for Mardi Gras, so sad I know!
